Licence and terms of use

Keelson sells downloadable spreadsheet templates. Buying (or downloading a free template) gives you a personal licence:

You may

  • use the templates on any number of your own and your clients' projects;
  • change them in any way, and share filled-in project files with your team, clients and stakeholders.

You may not

  • resell, give away, upload or publish the templates (blank or with sample data), alone or in a bundle;
  • present the templates as your own product.

One purchase covers one person. Teams need one licence per person who prepares plans with the templates.

The templates are provided "as is", without warranty. Check results before relying on them for decisions. Sample projects, companies and people are fictional.

Updates. Version 1.x updates of a product you bought are free. "All packs" (early access) includes each further sector pack when it is released, at no extra cost.

Payments. Orders are processed by our online reseller, which is the merchant of record and handles payment, sales tax and VAT, invoices and the download links. Its own terms apply to the checkout.

Microsoft, Excel and Project are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation; Google Sheets is a trademark of Google LLC. PMI, PMP, PMBOK and PMI-ACP are registered marks of the Project Management Institute, Inc.; PRINCE2 and ITIL are registered trademarks of AXELOS Limited; CISM is a registered trademark of ISACA. Keelson is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

Refund policy

14 days, no questions asked. If a paid template isn't right for you, email support@keelson.co.in within 14 days of purchase with your order number and you'll get a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are paid by our reseller and usually reach you within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Free downloads have nothing to refund.

Privacy policy

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. The only thing it stores is your light/dark theme choice, in your own browser.

The templates run entirely inside Excel or Google Sheets on your device or account. Your project plans are never uploaded to us.

When you buy or download, our reseller collects what it needs to complete the order: your name, email address, country and payment details (we never see your card details). We receive your name, email address, country and order details so we can deliver the files, provide support and handle refunds.

Emails. We send order and product-update emails about what you downloaded. We send news and offers only if you opted in at checkout, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

We don't sell or share your personal data with anyone else. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email support@keelson.co.in.
